Liberation and Special Interest Groups

Our Liberation Groups are spaces for people from oppressed or marginalised groups in society to come together, share experiences and organise collectively. Most Liberation Group activity is based online through Facebook groups, but Liberation Groups also hold offline training days and meet-ups. Each group holds its elections and AGM at Young Greens Convention in the summer. If you wish to get involved in one of these groups that doesn't have a Co-chair please contact the relevant Liberation Officer or the Co-Chairs of the Young Greens Executive Committee.

The groups are self-defining and are run by and for their members, with support from the Young Greens Executive Committee. Each Liberation and Special Interest Group also has a elected Officer on the Executive Committee.
